What we collect
When you post a lost or found bird, the details you enter — photo, description, approximate location, and the contact method you choose to share — become part of a public listing. Please only share contact details you're comfortable making public. In this build, your own posts are also saved locally in your browser so you can manage them.
Location
If you use the "my location" button, your device shares your coordinates to place a pin. You can instead type a general area. We recommend posting a nearby cross-street or neighbourhood rather than your exact home address.
Advertising & analytics
We may show ads (e.g. via Google AdSense) and use privacy-respecting analytics to keep the service free. These partners may use cookies as described in their own policies.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any post you created at any time from the "My Posts" page. Removing a post deletes it from this browser's storage.
