How it works
Built for worried pet owners and kind strangers alike — no birding knowledge needed, and always free.
- 📷
Step 1: Snap & describe
Take a quick photo with your phone. Then pick colours, size and type using everyday comparisons — 'about the size of a soda can', 'green with a bit of orange'. If you have no idea what kind of bird it is, that's completely fine.
- 📍
Step 2: Drop a pin
Add where the bird was lost or found. Use the 'my location' button for a precise pin, or just type a city. This is what puts your report on the map for nearby people to see.
- 🗺️
Step 3: Appear on the map
Your report becomes a clickable dot. Anyone can filter the map by colour, size, type or location to find a match — and browse the live ticker of freshly found birds.
- 🤝
Step 4: Connect directly
When a lost and a found post line up, you reach out using the contact method on the listing. Verify ownership, meet somewhere public, and celebrate the reunion.
